Muzlifah Haniffa malayziyalik dermatolog va immunolog boʻlib, u immunitet tizimini rivojlantirishga va biologiyani tushunish uchun bir hujayrali usullardan foydalanishga asosiy eʼtiborini qaratgan edi. Haniffa professor va Newkasl universiteti tibbiyot fanlari fakultetining Wellcome Trustda katta ilmiy xodimi boʻlib faoliyat olib boradi[1][2].

Avvalgi hayoti va taʼlimi tahrir

Haniffa Malayziyaning Penang shahrida tugʻilgan[3]. Bolaligida uning ilm-fanga boʻlgan qiziqishi dastlab kosmos tomonga boʻlgan qiziqishdan keyin uygʻongan, ammo keyinchalik u klinik olim sifatida faoliyatini davom ettirishga qaror qildi[2]. Haniffa Serembandagi Tunku Kurshiah kollejida tahsil olgan va 1990-yillarda Buyuk Britaniyaga ko‘chib o‘tgan[4]. Haniffa 1999-yilda Wels universiteti tibbiyot kollejining BSc, MBBCh fakultetini tamomlagan. 2002-yilda u Qirollik shifokorlar kollejiga aʼzo boʻldi. 2007-yilda u London gigiena va tropik tibbiyot maktabining epidemiologiya boʻyicha diplomini qoʻlga kiritdi[1]. U 2009-yilda Newkasl universitetida doktorlik dissertatsiyasini tamomlagan va 2010-yilda klinik dermatologiya bo‘yicha treningni tugatgan[1]. U Tibbiy tadqiqotlar kengashining 2009-yilda Sue Makkarti mukofoti sovrindori boʻlgan[1].

Faoliyati tahrir

2013-yilda Yevropa dermatologiya tadqiqot jamiyati tadqiqoti uchun Haniffaga Kumush mukofotni topshirgan[1]. U STEM nominatsiyasida 2016-yilning shimoliy-sharqidagi „Yil tadbirkor ayoli“ mukofotlari uchun nomzodlar ro‘yxatiga kiritilgan[5]. 2016-yilda uning oq qon hujayralari funksiyalari boʻyicha tadqiqotlari Lister Profilaktik Tibbiyot Instituti tomonidan 200,000 funt sterling miqdoridagi stipendiya tufayli kuchaytirildi[3][2][4].

Dendritik hujayralar tahrir

Haniffaning immun tizimi ustidagi ishi inson terisida dendritik hujayralar deb hisoblangan (CD14 mavjudligi bilan belgilanadigan) populyatsiyasi aslida makrofaglar ekanligini aniqlash va sichqonlarda dendritik hujayralar kichik toʻplami mavjudligini koʻrsatadigan tadqiqotlarni oʻz ichiga oladi, qoʻziqorin infeksiyasiga qarshi yordamchi 17 hujayra hisobida tekshiriladi[6][7]. Haniffa 5-Immunologiya boʻyicha Yevropa Kongressi tomonidan 2018-yilda Allerlologiya boʻyicha „Erta Karyera“ mukofotiga sazovor boʻldi[8].

Transkriptomik usullar tahrir

Haniffa Sara Teichmann, Fiona Powrie, Ashley Moffett va boshqalar bilan bir qatorda bir hujayrali transkriptomik usullardan foydalangan holda inson tanasidagi barcha hujayralarni tavsiflashni maqsad qilgan Inson Hujayra Atlasining aʼzosi sanaladi[9][10][11]. 2018-yilda uning laboratoriyasi mutatsiyaga uchragan va buyrak saratonini keltirib chiqaradigan buyrak hujayralarining asosiy qismini aniqlashga hissa qoʻshdi. Bu buyrak karsinomasi hujayralarining biologik tarkibini berilgan sogʻlom buyrak hujayralariga moslashtirish orqali amalga oshirildi[12][13][14]. Shundan soʻng platsentaning bir hujayrali tadqiqoti oʻtkazildi, u desiduada yangi hujayra sub-tiplarini topdi, bu ona va homila immun tizimlarining bir-biri bilan oʻzaro taʼsiri va homiladorlik yoki preeklampsidan qanday qochishini tushunishga yordam berdi[15][16][17].
