1917-yildagi Shveytsariya federal saylovlari
Shveysariya 1917-yil 28-oktabrda federal saylovlar bo'lib o'tdi. Erkin demokratik partiya Milliy kengash ko'pchilikni saqlab qoldi[1]. Bular ko'pchilik tizimi ostida o'tkazilgan oxirgi saylovlar edi; 1918-yilda saylovchilar uchdan ikki qismi o'z vakilligini joriy etish uchun ovoz bergan referendum so'ng, saylov tizimi o'zgarib, 1919-yilda muddatidan oldin saylovlar o'tkazildi.
Saylov tizimi
tahrirMilliy Kengashning 189 ta a'zosi 49 ta yolg'iz va ko'p a'zolar hududlarida uch-marta tizim orqali tanlandi. Kandidatlar ovozlar to'plangan birinchi yoki ikkinchi raundda ko'plikni olishlari kerak edi; uchunchi raund bo'lishi kerak bo'lsa, faqat to'plik zarur edi. Ovoz beruvchilar o'z hududlarida mavjud joylar miqdorida ovozlar berishlari mumkin edi[2]. Har 20,000 fuqaro uchun bir ta joy bo'lgan va ularning o'rni aholisi bo'yicha proportionallikda joylar kantonlyarga taqsimlandi[2].
