Meskouta
Meskouta odatda choy yoki nonushta uchun xizmat qiladigan an'anaviy Marokash tortidir. Meskouta tortlarining apelsin, limon va vanil kabi lazzatlarga asoslangan turli xil variantlari mavjud. U an'anaviy ravishda qishda, apelsin pishganida qilingan. Meskouta odatda issiq yalpiz choyi yoki qahva bilan tanovul qilinadi[1][2][3][4][5][6].
