Davolash
tahrirRolando sinishini davolashning bir nechta tavsiya etilgan usullari mavjud. Davolash samaradorligi kech simptomlar yoki osteoartrit rivojlanishiga bogʻliq emas. Shunga qaramay, boʻgʻim yuzasini iloji boricha anatomik holatiga yaqinroq tiklash kerak. Baʼzilar Kirschner simlari yoki plastinka va vint konstruksiyalari bilan mahkamlashni afzal koʻradi. Yana bir qabul qilingan davolash usuli – bu kuchlanish tarmoqli simlarini ulash texnikasi bilan birga tashqi fiksatorni qoʻllashdan iborat[5].
Asoratlari
tahrirRolando sinishi Bennet sinishiga qaraganda kamroq uchraydi va yomonroq asoratlarga olib kelishi mumkin.
