Yevromaydon[22] (ukr. Євромайдан;[23] Євро — „Yevro“ va maydan — „maydon“ soʻzlaridan) 2013-yil 21-noyabrda Ukrainada boshlangan eʼtirozlardir. Namoyishlar Ukraina hukumatining Yevropa Ittifoqi bilan assotsiatsiya hamda chuqur va har taraflama erkin savdo kelishuvlarini (ingl. Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA)) toʻxtatishini eʼlon qilishi bilan boshlandi.[24] Eʼtirozlarda avvaliga asosan universitet talabalari qatnashdi.[25][26][27][28] 30-noyabr kuni namoyishchilar va voqeani yoritayotgan muxbirlar Ukraina Ichki ishlar vazirligi maxsus Berkut boʻlimi tomonidan hujumga uchradi.[29][30] Bunday toʻqnashuv natijasida eʼtirozlar yanada kuchaydi, namoyishchilar soni kamida 350 mingdan oshib ketdi.[14]

Namoyish va toʻqnashuvlar koʻp sonli militsiya kuchlari, sovuq harorat va qorga qaramay davom etdi.[25][27] Kiyevdagi namoyishlarda 50-200 ming atrofida kishilar qatnashdi.[31][32] 2014-yil 19-21-yanvarida namoyishchilar va hukumat kuchlari orasida qattiq toʻqnashuvlar boʻldi.[33] 23-yanvardan boshlab viloyatlarda namoyishchilar mahalliy hukumat binolarini ishgʻol etishdi.[34]

Yevromaydonga aloqador kichik namoyishlar boshqa mamlakatlarda ham, jumladan Polsha, Birlashgan Qirollik, Olmoniya, Fransiya, Italiya, Shvetsiya, Avstriya, Chexiya, Bolgariya, AQSH va Kanadada boʻlib oʻtdi.[35] 27-yanvar kuni Toshkentdagi Ukraina elchixonasi yonida bir necha kishi Ukraina, Gurjiston va Ukraina qoʻzgʻolonchilar armiyasi bayroqlari bilan tadbir oʻtkazishdi.[36]

Newsweek jurnalining 2014-yil 18-fevral sonida „Yevromaydon endilikda YI kelishuvi bekor qilinishiga qarshi gʻazabli javobgina emas, balki undan kattaroq tadbirga aylandi. Endi u Yanukovich va uning korrupsiyaga uchragan hukumatini toʻntarish; Ukrainani uning Rossiya bilan 200 yillik ogʻriqli munosabatidan chiqarish; hamda jazo tahdidisiz erkin eʼtiroz, nutq va fikr bildirishdek asosiy inson huquqlarini himoyalash haqidadir,“ - degan fikr bildirildi.[37]

Fevral oyi oxirida gʻalayonlar kulminatsiyaga yetdi. Prezident Yanukovichning partiyasi bir necha aʼzosidan ayrilganidan keyin yetakchilikni qoʻldan boy berdi. Natijada muxolifat Ukraina parlamentida yetakchilikka erishdi. Soʻngra parlament Kiyevdan politsiya kuchlarini olish, namoyishlarga qarshi qonunlarni bekor qilish, 2004-yilgi konstitutsiyani tiklash, siyosiy mahbuslarni ozod qilish va prezidentni agʻdarish haqida bir necha qonunlarni qabul qildi. 22-fevral kuni Yanukovich Ukrainaning eng katta shahri Xarkovga qochdi va parlamentning qarorlarini tan olmadi. Parlament boʻlsa 2014-yil may oyida saylovlar boʻladi deb belgiladi.[38][39] Oʻrnatilgan yangi hukumatning siyosatidan qoniqmagan rossiyaparast Ukrainaliklar namoyishlarga chiqa boshlashdi. Qrim boʻhroni boshlanib ketdi va u Qrim Muxtor Respublikasining Rossiya tomonidan anneksiya qilinishiga olib keldi. Ukrainaning boshqa hududlaridagi rossiyaparast aholi namoyishlarga chiqishda davom etdi.
