Xaunsfild shkalasi (/ˈhnzfld/ HOWNZ-feeld), ser Godfrey Xaunsfild nomi bilan atalgan, radiozichlikni tavsiflovchi miqdoriy oʻlchovdir. Koʻpincha kompyuter tomografiyasida qoʻllanadi va uning qiymati KT raqami deb ham ataladi.

Xaunsfild birligi (HB) shkalasi standart bosim va haroratda (STP) distillangan suvning radiozichligi 0 Hounsfild birligi (HB), havoning radiozichligi esa STP da −1000 HB sifatida aniqlanuvchi chiziqli soʻnish koeffitsientini oʻlchashning chiziqli oʻzgarishi hisoblanadi. Oʻrtacha chiziqli soʻnish koeffitsienti vokselda  , shuning uchun tegishli HB qiymati quyidagicha aniqlanadi:Failed to parse (sintaktik xato): {\displaystyle HB = 1000\times\frac{\mu – \mu_{\textrm{suv}}}{\mu_{\textrm{suv}} – \mu_{\textrm{havo}}} } bu yerda   va   mos ravishda suv va havoning chiziqli suysayish koeffitsientlari.

Shunday qilib, bir Xaunsfild birligining (HB) oʻzgarishi suvning soʻnish koeffitsientining 0,1% oʻzgarishini anglatadi, chunki havoning zaiflashuv koeffitsienti deyarli nolga teng.[1] :259

Standartlashtirilgan javobni taʼminlash uchun suv va boshqa materiallarga nisbatan HB kalibrlash sinovlari amalga oshirilishi mumkin. Bu, ayniqsa, HB elektron zichligiga aylantiriladigan radioterapiyada davolashni rejalashtirishda foydalaniladigan KT tekshiruvi uchun juda muhimdir.[2] Tarkibi maʼlum boʻlgan etalon materiallarining oʻlchangan qiymatlarining oʻzgarishi va boʻlaklar orasidagi va ichidagi oʻzgarishlar sinov jarayonlarining bir qismi sifatida foydalanishi mumkin.[1] :283[3]

Yuqoridagi standartlar universal maʼlumotnomalar boʻlgani uchun tanlangan va kompyuterli eksenel tomografiya ishlab chiqilgan asosiy dasturga mos keladi: uyushgan suv tuzilmalariga asoslangan va asosan havoda yashovchi tirik mavjudotlarning ichki anatomiyasini tasvirlash, masalan, odamlar .

Visheupomyanutie standarti bili vibrani, poskolku oni yavlyayutsya obщedostupnimi etalonami i podxodyat dlya klyuchevogo prilojeniya, dlya kotorogo bila razrabotana kompyuternaya aksialnaya tomografiya: vizualizatsiya vnutrenney anatomii jivix suщestv, osnovannix na organizovannix vodnix strukturax i v osnovnom jivuщix v vozduxe, t.e. lyudi.

Materialning HU-ga asoslangan differentsiatsiyasi tibbiy darajadagi ikki energiyali KT skanerlari uchun qoʻllanadi, lekin konus nurli kompyuter tomografiyasi (CBCT) skanerlari uchun emas, chunki CBCT skanerlari ishonchsiz HU koʻrsatkichlarini beradi.[4]

Differensiatsiya materiala na osnove HU primenyaetsya k dvuxenergeticheskim KT meditsinskogo urovnya, no ne k skanam konusno-luchevoy kompyuternoy tomografii (KLKT), poskolku skanirovanie KLKT daet nenadejnie pokazaniya HU.

Bu yerda bildirilgan qiymatlar taxminiydir. Bir tadqiqotdan boshqasiga turli dinamikalar haqida xabar beriladi.

Aniq HB dinamikasi KTni olish va qayta qurish parametrlari (kV, filtrlar, rekonstruksiya algoritmlari va boshqalar) tufayli bir KT olishdan boshqasiga oʻzgarishi mumkin. Kontrastli vositalardan foydalanish tananing baʼzi qismlarida (asosan qon) ham HB ni oʻzgartiradi.
